With ร้อน (pronounced ‘raawn’ meaning ‘hot’) Dan is offering a multitude of regional Thai dishes utilising some of the best local produce from suppliers such as Chart Farm Butchery. Expect complex, spicy, but balanced flavours that make you want to come back for more.

Dan brings over a decade of experience cooking Thai cuisine to a high standard at some of London’s most critically acclaimed Thai restaurants and over twenty years of industry knowledge as a professional chef overall. He left the hustle and bustle of city restaurant life in early 2023 becoming a private chef for hire, based in his home county of Kent, to raise his young family and to spread his love of Thai cuisine across London & the home counties.
