Horse - sculpted cake

Learn how to carve and sculpt cake and then ice, add colours (including air-brushing) and fondant details to create your own fun horse.

You really will be amazed at what you can create and at just how much you can learn in a day. Taught step by step by expert tutor Lyn.

The horse is created from different shapes and sizes of Madeira cake. We will bake Madeira cakes for you and you will spend the day turning it into a fun horse.

This course will give you go so many skills to enable you to tackle other sculpted cakes and animal projects.

How to:
- stack and shape/ arrange cakes
- carve the cakes
- make cake pop mixture to add additional shaping
- ice the horse
- use modelling tools to create textures/ details
- use an airbrush to add colour
- create lots of additional details
