Easter cupcake platter

Decorate 6 cupcakes (3 vanilla, 3 chocolate, baked for you) with different Easter designs and arrange with a central message plaque as a platter.

The skills learnt are suitable not only for cupcakes but also cookies and celebration cakes.

We will explain each stage step by step - so whether you are a complete beginner or a more experienced cake decorator looking for new ideas, you will go home inspired and delighted.

How to:
- create patterned cupcake topper discs including a crimped edge
- create an inlaid message plaque
- flood a message
- use moulds to create a range of spring flowers, leaves, butterflies, bunnies, carrots and more
- master simple modelling
- flat ice a cupcake
- pipe a chocolate nest
- pipe a flower basket
- pipe 'soil'
- pipe a rose swirl
- store and transport your cakes.
