Not to be quiet
But to regulate our nervous systems,
Move our bodies naturally and stay
CONNECTED 🤍
This walk is about:
• supporting children’s motor development in a natural and playful way
• strengthening the parent-child bond without any pressure or expectations
• being TOGETHER 💚 -
side by side- step by step
No silence rules this time! 🙃
Just walking, talking, noticing and playing 🙃
Movement is how the nervous system finds SAFETY-
CONNECTION is how regulated nervous system becomes LASTING 💛

Practical bits:
The walk won’t last longer than 90 mins
I will also aim to choose a route near a cafe/wc facilities
The pace will be very gentle
10am is not a definite start time - again I will work around everyone to find the time what best suits the group
Location:
Most like around Maidstone and surrounding Kent area- I think we’ll decide what is easier and most accessible for those who are joining.
