Refresh & Relax at Saints

Join us for this evening of movement, nourishment & relaxation.

🧘🏽‍♀️ We will begin the evening with an uplifting dynamic yoga flow
☕️ Enjoy a hot drink and nourishing snack kindly provided by Saints cafe
✨ Wind down and relax with a soothing guided meditation and yoga nidra.

This event will be hosted at Saints Cafe in Maidenhead.

Saturday - 5th July // 7pm
£40 per person - included a hot drink and snack
Please bring your own mat - if you do need to borrow one please ask on booking.
