Maidenhead Netwalk and Movement and Posture Workshop

Following on from the success of the last event, Face2Face Maidenhead will be collaborating with the team at the Active Health Clinics once again.

Meeting at the Active Health Clinics on St Marks Road (around the back at their gym, named The Shed off All Saints Avenue, next to Big Dog Bakery) at 10am, Steve the chiro and Alen the in house PT will warmly welcome everyone.

We will then walk up All Saints Avenue to Oaken Grove park together, find a comfortable spot - and Alen will deliver a short low impact movement session followed by Steve who will deliver a talk all about our posture (great for desk workers!)

Open for anyone to come along.

You will need a bit of flexibility for the movement session (we will be doing downward dogs, and learning how to lunge and squat correctly etc) but the experts will be on hand to check you won't injure yourselves.

Wear comfortable clothing such as active wear/shorts/tracksuits and comfortable trainers.

Bring a mat (or a blanket/towel if you don't have a mat).
