12 Hour/Run walk in aid of ALPS

Hi Everyone! 👋
A group of us have signed up for a 12-hour charity challenge — running or walking every hour on the hour to raise money for ALPS
You can choose your distance:
🏃‍♀️ 5-mile run
🏃 5K run
🚶‍♀️ 5K walk

ALPS does incredible work supporting mental health and wellbeing in our community, and we’re proud to do our bit to help! 🙌
It’s open to all runners and walkers, so please feel free to join in, share, or show your support.
