Master the Art of Pasta – Hands On
At Wickedfood Earth Farm’s pasta-making workshop, we go far beyond spaghetti! Dive into the rich world of handmade pasta—from mixing the perfect egg dough to rolling, shaping and matching sauces. This is a true hands-on experience where you’ll learn how to:
Use an electric pasta machine and traditional rolling techniques;
Infuse pasta with flavour and colour;
Make 5 essential sauces including creamy pepper fettuccini, pesto, and a vodka-infused tomato cream.
You’ll cook, taste, and gain the skills to recreate it all at home. Whether you’re a curious foodie or want to reconnect with slow, seasonal cooking, this is for you.
All this takes place at our Country Cooking School, part of a working sustainable farm where we teach forgotten skills and farm-to-fork living.
