It’s rhythm, repetition, and knowing when something feels right.
At Wickedfood Earth Farm, our pasta workshop is taught the way it once would have been learned, hands-on, in depth, and grounded in lived experience. Within the Country Cooking School, forgotten skills are gently woven back into modern lives, so they can be used, shared and enjoyed again.
Pasta and sauce are taught together, because one makes little sense without the other.
