Welcome all to Round 7 of the 2025 Boisdale Hillclimb Series, scheduled for Saturday October 4th, with a Long Track and short track mixed Meeting, Multi-Club Event.
- Can you please ensure you have your entries in by midday Thursday 2nd October to avoid a late fee.
- There will be NO entries accepted on the day.
- Entry forms and Supp Regs can be found on our website www.madcc.com.au
- Be sure to use your surname as a reference when paying your entry and what the payment is for. Bank details have changed, Please see new bank details on entry form.
- Please note the price for entries:
Senior Competitors $50
Junior Competitors $30
- Scrutineering will begin at 11am and will be completed by 12:30pm.
No cars will be scrutineers after 12:30pm unless prearranged with Krackers.
- Please present vehicles in race ready condition
* clean, completely emptied of any loose items (including the glovebox) and please present your helmet. Make sure the fire extinguisher is securely mounted and that the date has not expired.
- Please remember as at 01/01/2024 all vehicles that have race harnesses must be in date as well as in good condition, no cuts, frays, fading etc.
Also those with buggies and log booked cars must have an approved HANS device.
If cars are presented to scruiteneering and these items are not addressed we have no option but to fail the vehicle.
- All cars to be scrutineered prior to Drivers Briefing at 12:45pm.
- Drivers briefing will be at 12:45pm at the kiosk, all competitors need to attend.
- Gates will be open at 9am
- Racing starts at 1pm
