About the event

Yoga & Trail Run

Every Tuesday evening yoga & trail running at the arb! Check MTR MeetUp for details and cancellations.

We meet at 530pm near the UW-Arboretum Visitor Center for yoga and follow up at 620pm with a trail run through the arboretum for about an hour (usually 5.5-6.5 miles). We support most paces and leave no runner behind. Bring a mat or towel for the yoga.

Both events are free but most everyone gives our yoga instructors, Amanda or Callie, a $10-$15 donation each session. They take cash or Venmo (@AmandaLeonaYoga, @calliendo)

If we have bad weather conditions and have to cancel, we will post a message by 4:30 PM in the MeetUp app.
