The Burnout Stroll [A Walking Club]

Join the Black Girl Burnout Society for our recurring 'Burnout Stroll' where we are healing on the move through community walks.

Community care is a big part of our healing journey, and this is the perfect way to mix and mingle with the girlies—while getting those steps in.

📍 Bradford Creek Greenway
We do Saturday morning walks followed by potential brunch if possible

🥾 Monte Sano Monthly Hikes
Once a month, we head to the hills for a group hike at Monte Sano State Park.

Things to know:
- We will meeting every Saturday morning to do a 45 minute walk. You are welcome to get there earlier/stay later.
- We will meet in the parking lot before starting our stroll
- Bring water + comfortable shoes.
- Kids & pets are allowed!
- Timing shifts with the weather —check our IG or group chat for updates!
