We have plans to attend 2 different events Saturday. This will include the whole day from early morning and into the evening. We will attend the Shoals Mustang Club car show at McFarland Park and then attend the fundraiser for Michael Burnett in Ardmore, AL.

Lets meet at 6:30am and plan to roll out around 6:45am

Join us on the banks of the Tennessee River for the 16th Annual Mustang and All Ford Show & Shine. Registration 8am - noon. $20 for 1st car, $10 additional. Drawings for cash and door prizes! Trophies for Mayor’s Choice, Club Choice, Kid’s Choice & Best of Show Truck.

Michael Burnett Cruise In Fundraiser, 4pm - 8pm
We'll plan to leave McFarland Park at 2:00pm and arrive at the Publix in Athen, Al around 3:00pm
Let's plan to meet at Publix and then roll out around 3:20pm
We'll travel up I-65 to Ardmore, Al to get to the Old Town Coffee, 22031 US-72, Athens, AL 35613
On Saturday August 2, 2025 while working in his yard, an explosion in a burn pile left Michael with second degree burns over 70% of his body.
Michael was taken by Air Evac to Nashville hospital where he is currently in Vanderbilt Hospital
He has a long road to recovery ahead of him and won’t be able to work for awhile.
His wonderful wife Christina is by his side and unable to work.
The money from this fundraiser will help support Michael & Christina during this difficult time.
Come out and show your support and love! Enjoy some amazing vehicles & motorcycles, have dinner at Ole Towne!
Donations can be made the day of the show, or with a Venmo account and also an account has been setup at First National Bank in Ardmore.
Ole Towne Cafe will have a combo meal available and all proceeds will go to Michael.
Your choice of hamburger, chips & drink or hotdog, chips & drink!
We’ll also do a 50/50
