PFLAG Parent Night.
Celebrating parents and parenting people who affirm, love, and support their LGBTQ+ kids! Join us for fellowship and support!
This group is for parents and parenting people to have a safe space to discuss topics important to them in learning and growing to be better and more supportive of their LGBTQ+ loved ones.
We meet in the newly renovated youth space on the second floor of the Christ Episcopal annex building (fellowship hall/church office) at the back of the church property. If the large rainbow flag is out, the space is open.
PFLAG promotes the health and well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender persons, their families and friends through: support, to cope with an adverse society; education, to enlighten an ill-informed public; and advocacy, to end discrimination and to secure equal civil rights. PFLAG provides opportunity for dialogue about sexual orientation and gender identity, and acts to create a society that is healthy and respectful of human diversity.
