We offer a hands-on cooking experience where kids and teens can explore international cuisine.
Weekly Breakdown:
July: Italian
Week 1 July 8-11th 9-11am
Age: 6-9 Introductory/ Beginner skills
Tu: Antipasto Board with dips, olives, cheeses
W: Focaccia/Gnocchi Prep
Th: Gnocchi, No cook red sauce
F: Olive Oil Cakes
Week 2 July 15-18th 9-11 am
Age: 10-13 Intermediate Skills
Tu: Antipasto Board with dips, olives, cheeses/ Focaccia prep

Week 3 July 22-25th 10-12pm
Age Teens Advanced Skills

Our very own Chef Michelle Mau will be hosting our summer cooking camp. She is a graduate of the Functional Nutrition Alliance with 25 years of experience in the culinary arts. She also created a popular cooking class for children at a local daycare. Michelle has knowledge of both health and food and is ready to share and collaborate with your children. She understands that each child treads a unique path and will bring a thoughtfully curated set of recipes to each session, focusing on learning, creativity, and fun.
