About the event

Free Yoga in the Park

Hi :) I'm a trauma-informed yoga teacher (RYT 200) and am offering FREE outdoor yoga to build community! Classes will take place from 4:00-5:00PM every Friday through the end of August by the Demetral Park shelter on Madison’s East Side. I’ll guide a Slow Flow or you can do your own thing, but no yoga experience is needed. Just bring a mat or towel, water, and a friend!

DATES: June 25, August 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29
TIMES: 4:00PM- 5:00PM
LOCATION: Demetral Park (601 N 6th St, Madison, WI 53704)
COST: Free!
