Join the Urban League of Greater Madison for our Free First-Time Homebuyer Education Course, a three-part series for first-time buyers ready to learn how to navigate the homebuying journey and access resources to make homeownership more affordable.

• How to qualify for financial support, grants, and assistance programs

Many lenders and loan programs require homebuyer education to qualify for down payment or closing cost assistance. Completing this course may help you unlock grants, lower down payments, and better mortgage options.
✅ Certificate of Completion: To earn a certificate, you must attend all three sessions and complete a one-hour counseling appointment with a ULGM HUD-Certified Housing Counselor.
