First Oktoberfest Tapping at Northside Lounge

Visitors to Great Taste of the Midwest have the opportunity to try one of the season's first Oktoberfest!

Northside Lounge on Sherman Ave. in Madison will tap not only its first Oktoberfest keg of the year as part of its One Year Anniversary celebration on Thursday August 7.

Featured will be Titletown’s Bent Tuba Oktoberfest, a Märzen-style lager checking in at 6.0% ABV.

The official brewery description says, “Want a beer that kicks some serious brass? Bent Tuba is a smooth German-style amber lager, loaded with rich, toasty malt flavor, and complemented by a touch of crisp Bavarian hops. It's playing your song.”

A representative from Titletown will be on hand to sample beer, socialize and answer questions from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Northside Lounge is located at 1022 N. Sherman Ave. Doors open at 3:00 p.m.

So join us to raise a pint and say “Prost” before the start to Great Taste.
