Carmen Andrade focuses her practice on real estate and corporate law, providing nationwide transactional services across all aspects of commercial real estate and general business matters. Drawing on her experience as general counsel for real estate developers, private lenders, and retail companies, she advises individuals and businesses—both large and small—on the sale, acquisition, leasing, financing, and development of a wide range of properties, including undeveloped, industrial, office, and retail spaces. Carmen has extensive experience representing both private and institutional lenders in commercial loan transactions. Her corporate practice includes business formation, restructuring, asset-based lending, stock and membership interest transfers, and the negotiation of a broad spectrum of business agreements such as joint ventures, operating agreements, service and construction contracts, and more. She also provides general business counseling and assists clients in resolving commercial disputes.

Alfred R. Brunetti is a seasoned counselor who guides businesses of all sizes through the complex landscape of data privacy and security, leveraging extensive nationwide litigation and compliance experience to advise on every phase of personal-information collection, processing, and management. As head of the firm’s Data Privacy Practice Group and dual-certified by the IAPP as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/US (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Fred pairs deep knowledge of existing and emerging privacy laws with best practices to craft comprehensive privacy programs. He began his career clerking for the Hon. Elaine L. Davis and serving as an assistant prosecutor in Union County, NJ, and is an alumnus of Seton Hall University and Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was an award-winning member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board.
