Embracing Autumn’s Balance: A Sound Bath Journey

As autumn deepens, the days grow shorter and the nights stretch longer, inviting us to honor the balance between light and shadow—within nature and within ourselves. Join us for a restorative 90-minute sound bath designed to nurture harmony and inner stillness during this season of transition.


You’ll be guided through a meditative journey with the soothing tones of Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drum, and other instruments. The vibrations will support deep relaxation, helping you release tension while attuning to the balance of both our seen and unseen selves. We’ll close with an intuitive oracle card pull to support your reflections moving forward.


Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to create a cozy space for rest and reflection. The event will be held on the second floor of Foundations Studio. To help maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that phones be turned off or left in your car. Give yourself the gift of stillness and sound as we embrace the balanced energy of autumn together.
