The "Days Between" hold significance to fans of the Grateful Dead.
They mark the literal days between Jerry Garcia's birthday on August 1 and his death on August 9, an eight-day observance of the late band leader.
Mudroom will pay tribute to Garcia and the "Days Between" on Friday August 1, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. at Bierock.
The name "Days Between" comes from a song by the same name, one of the final collaborations between Garcia and songwriter Robert Hunter.
This performance will also coincide with the Grateful Dead 60th Anniversary shows in San Francisco the same weekend.
Mudroom has a standing residency at Bierock, playing the first Friday of each month. They're a Madison-based jamband that has been delighting fans for over a decade with 300-plus shows.
Mudroom performances feature a variety of musical styles, quite a bit of improvisation and are always worth the trip.
There is no cover charge for the performance.
