Day in the Country 2025

The Chapel of the Cross will host the 46th annual Day in the Country on Saturday, October 4th, from 9am until 4pm.

Come shop the Makers Market with craft vendors from around the state, make some great second-hand finds at Chapel Attic, and pick up delicious homemade bread, jams, jellies, sweet treats, and a slice of our famous 63 egg cakes!

The hayride, games, petting zoo, and bounce houses are always popular at Kids’ Country with kids and adults alike. Grab a bite to eat from the food booth, listen to live music, participate in the wine tasting, and bid on items in the silent auction.

The event is $5 per family, and all funds raised go towards community ministries and preservation of the historic chapel.
