In a sound bath, the vibrations of the instruments (gongs, singing bowls and others) wash through the cells of your body. These vibrations access your nervous system and dropping our busy minds into a healing brainwave state (Alpha and Theta brainwaves). These are where meditation occurs and our body taps into it's natural healing and restorative abilities.
