2025 Chili Cookoff and Firepit Fellowship

Join us for a night of competitive (and tasty!) fun! Participants are invited to make a batch of chili to enter for the competition if they would like! Each competitor should make at least 6 quarts of chili for the event, and provide a description of what kind of chili they have made--for judging and allergy purposes. Attendees will be able to sample as many as they'd like, and vote for their favorites. A recommended donation of $5/attendee (or more!) is requested, with all proceeds going to the Helping Hands ministry. COMMENT BELOW if you plan to enter a chili for the competition!

In addition to this, there will be fire pits, s'mores, and hotdogs for roasting outside as well. Bring a camp chair to socialize and snack outside after you sample and cast your vote for chili inside!

This event is open to the Madison Heights and Amherst community--please invite and/or bring a friend to help raise money for Helping Hands--a ministry that provides emergency assistance to Amherst County families and individuals for utility bills and rent.
