Relax & Restore

Bring health to your mind, body, and soul by immersing yourself in an evening of peace and serenity. Attendees will receive a guided meditation followed by a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, all while experiencing the therapeutic benefits of essential oils. Crystal sound bowls have the ability to assist in shifting the body to a parasympathetic state, giving it a chance to naturally restore itself, which in turn creates a healthier 'whole' body.

Attendees are asked to bring their own yoga mat, blanket and any other props that bring comfort to the body (pillow, eye mask, bolster, etc.)MHS library offers couches and seats if that is preferred rather than laying on a yoga mat.Please drink plenty of water throughout the day and eat a balanced meal within 2 hours of the event.

Class Fee: $15-- This is an event ran through Madelia Community Education. Please bring $15 cash/check to the class.
