Vinyasa with Joe Sharp

I'm delighted to welcome Joe Sharp back to Big Heart Yoga on Saturday 14th March!

We'll begin with a 60-minute open-level Vinyasa class, to build heat, steadiness, and connection to breath. Expect Joe’s signature clear cues, intelligent sequencing, and thoughtful hands-on assists, with a consistent focus on breath, bandha, and drishti throughout. Plus the odd Dad joke for good measure!

The final 30 minutes will be an exploration of hand balancing, offering space to play, refine technique, and deepen understanding, whether you’re newer to arm balances or looking to progress an existing practice. Lots of options and progressions will be offered, suitable to all.
