SGR 2025 JOINT ANNUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Bishop Thomas L. Brown, Sr. and Dr. Louise Baker Brown invite you to the Sixth Episcopal District’s Joint Regional Annual Conference, to be held July 14-17, 2025, at the Macon Marriott City Center, 240 Coliseum Drive, Macon, GA 31217. The host Pastor and host Presiding Elder is Rev. Dr. Lindsey P. Napier, Sr.

The Joint Regional Annual Conference will include the following sessions and regions in the Sixth Episcopal District:

111th Session of the West Georgia Region Annual Conference

123rd Session of the Central Georgia Region Annual Conference

146th Session of the South Georgia Region Annual Conference

156th Session of the Georgia North Region Annual Conference

The conference schedule (subject to change) is below for your review. We invite you to join us in the Sixth Episcopal District! Whether you are a member of the Sixth Episcopal District or a visitor to our conference, we invite you to pre-register.

Conference Registration

Registration is required for everyone attending.

Please Note: All Ministers, Delegates, Alternates, and Departmental Leaders are required to attend and respond to the Roll Call. THIS IS AN IN-PERSON MEETING ONLY. THERE WILL NOT BE A ZOOM OPTION AVAILABLE.

Registration Cost:

• $125.00 All Ministers, Lay Delegates, Lay Alternates, Departmental Leaders, Laity, Missionaries, Visitors/Guests
• $ 25.00 Youth, ages 12 – 17
• $ 0.00 Children, ages up to eleven

When registering, please note that registration is set up by Regions and Districts. It is important that you register in the correct Region. It is equally important that you select the correct Presiding Elder for your District.

2024-2025 Pledge Payments

Pledges may be paid to your Elders or online at 6thdistrictcme.org. The 2024-2025 Conference Year Payments for Pledges are due now.

2025-2026 Pledges

You may also make pledges for the ensuing Conference Year (2025-2026) during the Joint Regional Annual Conference by seeing a member of the Joint Board of Finance. You may also go online and complete your Pledge for the 2025-2026 Conference Year.

The Christian Index and Missionary Messenger subscriptions are available online. When you select the publication, it will automatically connect you to the CME Publishing House for the Christian Index or to the Missionary Messenger Editor for its publication. As always, subscriptions will be received at the Joint Regional Annual Conference as well.

Departmental Reports

The Departmental Report Form is available and can be accessed online. Department Leaders are asked to complete your Departmental Report online no later than June 15, 2025.
