HOW IT WORKS:
• Silent disco headphones
• Two channels:
– Ambient (steady focus)
– Request line — queue your song at the bar
• Optional work pods (solo, pairs, or small groups)
• Timed focus blocks to support momentum
• Short 10-minute check-ins for accountability and resets
• Time to celebrate wins and connect with collaborators
• Come late, leave early — no pressure
No forced networking. No presentations.
Just shared space, gentle structure, and getting things done.
