Family Counseling Center of Central Georgia is a hope-centered, nonprofit organization with offices in Macon and Warner Robins. Since 1957, we have provided professional mental health counseling to individuals who would otherwise be unable to access these critical services. We recognize that living in poverty or low-income households is closely linked to higher rates of crime, poor health outcomes, and an increased risk of mental health challenges for both children and adults. To help bridge this gap, 88% of our clients receive services at no cost. Our mission focuses on minimizing health disparities and ensuring access to mental health and case management services are available to all, regardless of income. Learn more on our website at www.fcccg.org.
We are proud to serve our community and invite you to join us for this important Lunch & Learn event. Together, we can be part of the conversation to ensure our children’s mental health needs are seen, heard, and met.
We’re excited to partner with Bear’s Books, a locally owned independent bookstore, who will be on-site with copies of The Anxious Generation available for purchase. Thank you to Bear’s Books for supporting this important community conversation.
