The Macon Arts Alliance is excited to present "Overgrown," an exhibit of artwork by Casie Trace, with an artist talk at 6 pm.
The 567 Center for Renewal (456 1st St), 5-8 pm
Join us for the opening reception of "Humanity... and Other Myths," an exhibit of artwork by Darlene Murphy. See the new exhibit, meet the artist, and enjoy refreshments. Artist talk at 7 pm.
McEachern Art Center (332 2nd St), 4-8 pm
The McEachern gallery will be open for visitors to see the exhibit "Ocmulgee to Okmulgee."
Wesleyan College Leadership Lab (522 Cherry St), 5-8 pm
The Leadership Lab presents an exhibit of artwork by William Downs.
Gallery West (447 3rd St), 5-9 pm
Gallery West presents Macon painter David C. Jensen in a First Friday art show opening. David is a graphic designer who now paints the Middle Georgia flora and fauna and birds with his own brand of weirdness. Come by to meet the artist and enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres and libations.
Sheridan Studios (586 Poplar St), 6-9 pm
Sheridan Studios presents the “Good for the Soul” exhibit featuring new works by various artists, including students at Cornerstone Academy of Art & Design, soul music, and refreshments.
