Workshop Overview
This 2-hour workshop offers space for participants to explore their grief journey through nature-inspired art therapy and reflective practice. Drawing on autumn’s themes of transformation and release, participants will connect with the natural elements to foster healing and resilience.
What You’ll Experience:
A supportive space to reflect and express your grief through art
Gentle nature-based art therapy techniques for healing and grounding
Opportunities to reconnect with yourself and the cycles of change
Participants will be invited to create meaningful artwork using provided materials, though you’re welcome to bring personal items or photos to include in your piece.
