The Fourth Trimester is the 12-ish week period immediately after your baby has arrived Earthside.

It is a time of great physical and emotional change as your baby adjusts to being outside the womb, and you adjust to your new life as a Mom and all it entails.

The Fourth Trimester can leave us feeling alone, exhausted, unsupported, anxious and stressed.

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨, 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐲.

During our meetings, first time and veteran mamas alike share in the intense first few weeks and months of parenting during the 4th trimester and beyond.

This Fourth Trimester Support Circle fills the gap between Birth and when you feel ready to return to physical movement via Mom and Baby Yoga or one of our other postnatal offerings.
