Join the F45 Mackay Crew, Official Fitness Partner, at the BMA 2025 CQ Rescue Charity Fun Run, where every stride counts towards life saving missions. Choose from 5km or 10km routes where you can walk, jog or run along the Bluewater Trail, all starting and ending at Iluka Park.
This community focused fun run is a fantastic way to get active, build team spirit, and support our regions lifesaving community funded rescue helicopter service. Whether you’re challenging yourself, having fun, or simply supporting a great cause, this is the perfect event for all fitness levels.
