Yoga by the Beach | Dunes Harbour Beach

Our FREE Sunday morning beachside yoga is back for 2025!

Join us for an uplifting morning, finding your Zen and resetting for the week ahead while taking in the stunning Harbour Beach view. Yoga is the ultimate act of self-care, supporting your mental and physical wellbeing one breath at a time.

Led by Julieanne from Neighbourhood Yoga, these sessions are designed for all skill levels - move at your own pace and enjoy the perfect blend of movement and breathwork.

Date: Sunday, 18th May 2025
Time: 7:00am-8:00am
Location: Dunes Harbour Beach, Sol Drive next to the Community Square. Look for the Dunes, Yoga by the Beach sign on-site.
