📍 Meeting & Starting: Surf Club, Mackay Harbour Beach
🕕 Time: 6.20am meet-up | 6.30am run start
🕕 Swim: 7.30am meet-up | 7.40am swim start

1hour run prior to an ocean swim & coffee at the Surf Club! 🍫☕

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just here for the laughs, EVERYONE is welcome. The only mandatory part? The social catch-up at the end. 🙌
