The COOL MILE
A chance to race in Llyn Mywngil, Tal Y Llyn. A stunning glacial ribbon lake situated at the foot of one of Wales' most iconic mountains, Cadair Idris, in Snowdonia National Park.

Acclimatised swimmers only. Expect water temp of 10 degrees Celsius.
