Sound Art Immersion

Join Mae from the Nature of Sound Academy and special guests Cally Pysden for a restorative soundbath with the option of visual art projections on the wall to create a multisensory relaxing experience. A soundbath is where special instruments and playing techniques are used to allow the body to go into natural healing states and return to balance and harmony. While in states of deep relaxation participants can experience pain reduction, reduced stress, improve memory and reduce anxiety and depression. If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have epilepsy, metal plates in the body, suffer from mental heath conditions, hearing sensitivity or impairment please message Mae to discuss modifications before booking event. Bring yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle and anything you need to relax for deep rest on the floor. The experince will have you feeling revitalised and renewed and ready for the week ahead.
