Sunday Session w/ THE MOJAVE ECHO

The Mojave Echo are a newly formed duo based in central-west Victoria. Combining jazz, soul, country and blues elements for an innovative, yet smooth, interpretation of covers and original music, guitars are the driving force for many of their instrumental tunes as the atmosphere shifts between smoke-filled jazz venues or the soundtrack to Spaghetti Westerns traversing the Mojave desert.

With Matt Katsis, an accomplished solo artist within the Australian Blues & Roots scene for the past decade and Nate Perry, a seasoned musician originally from Ohio, USA drawing on his experience across genres as a session guitarist with gospel bands and singer-songwriters, you can expect both a foot-stomping yet smooth, laid-back experience where Johnny Cash and George Benson meet John Mayer and the Meters.
