Group Meeting - July 2025

We’re delighted to welcome Dr. Lisa Riste, PhD, MSc, BA (Hons) for a special talk exploring the world of Reiki — what it is (and what it isn’t), its fascinating history, and how it supports wellbeing. Dr. Riste will also explain how Reiki is delivered, how it’s taught, and what people often experience during sessions.

She’ll share her personal Reiki journey — how she felt called to the practice and the meaningful synchronicities that affirm she’s exactly where she’s meant to be.
