Join us as we celebrate 30 years of faith, fellowship, and fun at First Methodist Church of Mabank’s Lord’s Acre Fall Festival!
In 1996, a Methodist Church in Crowley successfully began this model. Our congregation launched its own Lord’s Acre. Since then, our church family has poured out their time, talents, and treasures to raise more than $500,000 in support of Youth and Children’s Ministries and Missions.
Over the past 29 years, Lord’s Acre has:
- Funded a full-time staff member dedicated to nurturing our young people
- Sent students on life-changing mission trips across Texas, the U.S., Mexico, and Honduras
- Fostered spiritual growth through hands-on service and shared worship
But Lord’s Acre is more than a fundraiser. It’s the heartbeat of our community. From age 9 through 90, every person plays a part—whether baking pies, manning booths, or setting up decorations. Together we become One Body in Christ, serving side by side, building relationships that last far beyond the festival weekend.
It’s an afternoon of:
- Homemade food and local crafts
- Laughter, storytelling, and new friendships
- Inspiring worship moments woven through every activity
As we gather again this year, may we recommit ourselves to Christ’s call to love, serve, and give. God has blessed us beyond measure—let’s share that blessing with our youth and with the world.
May God continue to guide and bless all who gather at the Lord’s Acre Fall Festival!
