Join Jeppe Skovgaard and Rikke Libak on Möllan Retreat in Sweden in September:
ABOUT THE RETREAT
The spectrum between conscious dancing and quiet meditation opens a space for infinite powerful encounters—with ourselves, with others, and with nature. Still : Wild invites you to explore the dynamic polarity between stillness and wildness, between alignment and the nonlinear, as you lean into yoga's grounded discipline and the spontaneous freedom of dance. This retreat is a journey into what emerges between these two practices—the unfolding of what is alive in the soma, in the self, in between us and in the collective field.
Rikke Libak and Jeppe Skovgaard welcome you to enter a space where polarities will naturally surface as you dance, practice yoga, sit deep in the forest, sweat in the sauna, and connect with the collective energy of the group.
In the interplay between yoga’s grounding stillness and dance’s liberating wildness powerful energies and creativity can arise. This retreat offers the chance to explore and unfold what is alive in the spaces between—where structure dissolves into flow, and flow finds its anchor in structure. These polarities create a dynamic field for transformation and deep connection. As we gather to drop into this exploration together we welcome both the inspiration and the triggers, the highs and the low of practicing in community. Learning to draw inspiration, set boundaries and land more and more in ourselves through being with others, is at the heart of the retreat and a core skill in service of living an authentic life
ABOUT THE PRACTICES
The yoga practice in the retreat will be the space to lean inwards and to rest into stability and form. We will breathe (pranayama), sing mantras (bhakti) and move through postures (asanas) designed to both expand and ground the body. Jeppe (the founder of Rört and owner of Möllan retreat) will lead these practices combined with sauna gus and nature discoveries.
The Conscious Dance and Ritual Play will provide a space to dive into the freedom and possibilities of emergent movement and embodied rituals designed to unlock our authentic impulses, receptivity, lifeforce -- and deepen our connection with soma, self, each other and the collective. In Ritual Play we will provide a safe, non-verbal space to engage in raw, uncensored encounters, where sensations, desires and boundaries arise freely. These practices will be guided by Rikke Libak - conscious dance and ritual play facilitator
