ACCEPTANCE BREATHWORK with Andreas Kornelius Nørgaard:
Resistance can build up in the body and often creates suffering, but when we meet it with acceptance and breathwork practices, the body can let go and open to more inner peace and joy.
If you are not experienced with breathwork, please note that it can be a powerful practice that can release lots of built-up tension. Such releases may come as tears, laughter, shaking, or other unexpected expressions. In this session, the breathwork is guided with a strong focus on acceptance of what is, allowing you to meet what comes up with gentleness and less resistance.
Everyone is invited—whether beginner or experienced—and the space is queer-inclusive.
This session is inspired by tantra and chakra practices, but not dogmatic. We’ll begin with gentle warm-up exercises, followed by a one-hour guided breathwork journey and a cooldown.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Andreas Kornelius: "I am an experienced breathwork facilitator with years of practice and learning. My education has been informal, shaped by guidance from friends who have more formal education, as well as weekend courses. My work is based of the school of Urban Tantra - a queer-informed, non-dogmatic approach to breathwork. In my sessions, I prioritize playfulness, autonomy, and creating a safe space for exploration and self-discovery."
