Join us for five magical days of locally sourced food, yoga, wild walks and a writing workshop in the remotest corner of Portugal
The venue for this retreat is a gorgeous rural complex, with a focus on wildlife and living in harmony with nature near to Mertola, 90 mins from Faro Airport.
There will be yoga classes with Jenny Roche each evening and morning, with workshops, and day trips to both mountains and beach. The classes will be carefully planned to suit everyone with a morning yoga energising practice and a lovely yin and restorative in the evening.

W e have space for 10 people in sharing twin rooms (which can also become doubles if required) and 2 in single rooms.
Meals included:
A ll meals will be served on site, with optional dinner in Mertola on Thursday. There is one additonal meal that guests will pay for themselves which is dinner on Friday night when we will take a day-trip to the coast.
Costs
Total cost is £750 per person sharing with one other, or £1250 for single occupancy. The balance must be paid in full 28 days in advance. Flights are not included.
T he nearest Airport is Faro and flights from Mcr to Faro return for our dates with RyanAir ( https://www.ryanair.com/) fly daily and are £45 each way at the time of writing.
