Restore: A Monthly Reset

Celebrate the end of the month, the restorative way — with deep rest.

Settle in with blankets and bolsters, let go of the weeks that have passed, and give your body and mind the chance to truly relax. No pushing — just softening.

You’ll be gently guided through passive restorative yoga postures, nourishing breathwork (prānāyāma), and deeply restful yoga nidra.

We’ll close the evening together in connection and kōrero over a warm, homemade cup of chai.
