About the event

Yoga Class Theme: Hatha Basics
This beginners’ Hatha yoga class is devoted to looking at some of the foundation poses that will form the building blocks of your yoga practice.

We will be learning how to get into and out of each pose safely and with control, and using any yoga props that best support you.

Following a gentle warm-up and breathing exercises, this class will include an in-depth look into several foundational poses.

I will provide you with different levels of difficulty for each pose so that they are achievable for everyone.

We will end our class with a blissful relaxation.
