Yoga Class Theme: Energising Back Bends

This beginner's Hatha yoga class will focus on back bends, such as Sphinx Pose, that are considered energising because they open up your chest and heart space, stimulating your nervous system and increasing your lung capacity.

This class may help you if you suffer with lower back stiffness or back pain, or if you spend a long time sitting in front of a computer or driving.

You will leave this class with boosted energy levels and a profound sense of wellbeing.

All classes take place at a fully-equipped yoga studio at St Anne's Tennis Club, FY8 2QH.

Classes are £8 payable by bank transfer.
