🌟First visit free✨Come and meet us at St Annes YMCA on 31st July if you already live alcohol free or interested in the benefits, you’re cutting down on drinking or thinking about it. We’ve got special guest Emma Derricott founder of Ems Fitness Hub joining us. She’s a personal trainer with her own fitness studio. Ems chose to live alcohol free in the New Year after finding even a couple of glasses of wine impacted her sleep leaving her fatigued for days. She says that no longer drinking has really helped her perimenopause symptoms and she can focus 100% on running her business and helping other people with their fitness.

✨First visit free then future ones just £6 pay as you go with coffee and tea including decaf and herbal and books to borrow from our free quit lit book library. We have leaflets and information on other health and wellbeing practitioners and plan social events.

✨No need to check in at reception. We have no agenda and take no notes. There’s no obligation to stop drinking if you join us. We’ve just created a safe and non judgemental space for community and connection with other women.

🆓car park outside, room is accessible and bus stop nearby. You don’t need to live in Fylde to attend - you’re welcome wherever you live🌟
