Join for a Sound Journey at The Urban Arts Centre in St Anne's.

Sound Journeys alleviate stress, anxiety and allow for an over active mind to relax.

A common feedback is a great night's sleep.

They allow for our muscles to relax, reducing tension and allowing physical healing to occur. Enhancing the vibration of the atoms (we are all made of) to a positive/higher frequency, matching that which is produced through the healing instruments.

People have experienced great results in combating stress, anxiety, insomnia while also giving a clearing energy boost.

Even if you don't experience these things give yourself a relaxing energy top up. Experiences can be quite profound depending where you are in life. Some people receive guidance or subconscious explanations.

This will include my Sonic Gong tuned to the Earth Chakra, 7 432hz Crystal Singing Bowls, Solfreggio Wind Chimes and a rainmaker.
