Reiki Level 1 Introduction Learn & Practice
If you want to find out more about Reiki, how to use it for yourself and treat others... You are invited to join us on this one day workshop open to anyone.
It includes an overview of the history of Reiki, hand placement, self and group practice and gives you the tools and confidence to start practicing Reiki on yourself, family, friends and pets.
You will learn how to use Reiki yourself, perhaps to help you sleep better, manage stress, support and maintain your health and wellbeing. Anyone can benefit from Reiki, not only when they are ill. A Reiki treatment enhances the body's own natural ability to heal itself.
The workshop gives you the opportunity to practice treatments, learn more about energy, chakras and meet new people at the same stage as yourself.
The workshop is for the curious, and for those who would like to take it further, perhaps using Reiki as a business or part of an existing therapy.
The price of the workshop (Total £100 deposit £40) includes:
Course manual which includes an optional homework plan: "Getting Started with Reiki".
Lunch and refreshments
A professionally recognised Reiki 1 certificate. (Requirements for First Degree Certificate is attendance and participation on the course)
