The first thing we do when we arrive on this planet is cry, shriek, wail and flail - making sounds and shapes that get attention so we are fed, cleaned, cared for.
As we grow we learn to shape sound into language that others understand, developing a way of self expression that we enjoy - chatting, singing, speaking, performing - becoming interactive and connecting with people, animals, birds and our environment with sound, movement and touch.
It is in the learning of expression that we can also be closed down, criticised, feel judged, not good enough, becoming silent about the things that really matter to us, feeling bound.
In these sessions I bring together my lifetimes experience of singing, guitar playing, yoga, chanting, and drumming, honouring the natural spirit that flows through us all with deep intention for embracing the discomfort and liberating the soul, bringing freedom and ease back into personal expression.
You will have the opportunity to explore your sound, your experience through breathing techniques, gentle body movements, singing, chanting and creative, playful manifestation of your inner spirit.
